Been wanting to post this since a month ago! Felicia Budi gave me this shirt and i'm loving it !
fbudi (@_fbudi_), the birth child brand of Felicia Budi, a talented designer who studied fashion design and pattern cutting in London College of Fashion. Her depth od knowledge is enhanced with valuable skills she gained at the celebrated womenswear designer ISSA London. Felicia Budi developed an eye for details while working at BIN House, which exposed her to the intricacies of Indonesian textiles
The element of craftmanships which is distinctive of traditional Indonesian textiles is translated into something utterly unique. fbudi seamlessly integrates comfort and style, introducing the young adults of Indonesia a new way of expression through a dichotomy od traditional tailoring discipline and a modern fashion direction
Me liking the details of the shirts that she made. She gives simple and basic shirts for men with a twist of hand-tailored threads, which looks nice, especially on this shirt that she kindly sent me :)
Finally wore it last Wednesday when i joined my blogger fellows, Anastasia Siantar, Sonia Eryka adn Diana Rikasari for a video shooting session for @supportFAB video campaign
Will tell you later about the super FUN and FABULOUS campaign thingy some other times, but this time i just wanna show you the lovely shirt from the other day's outfit i wore
By the way, before you do check the photos out, please do forgive my sweaty face and bad hair. It was taken after the shoots so i was all soaked up in sweat and not so fresh. Wanted to take the outdoor but it was night already so i changed the plan >.<
Thank you Anaz for taking these photos ! ! ! ! super hugs :)
i was wearing: fbudi shirt // ZARA knitwear // SATCAS short // sox gallery tartan socks // Pedro brogue
Combined it with a very extreme preppy touch by wearing super-short-shorts and high socks, just another of shameless day of mine >.< I hope you understand that. Oh, and the super lovely necklace above was a gift from Hafiz Akbar from his giveaway ! ! ! :D
Last info to go, fbudi second collection is called "bersemi" or "blossom" in English
Inspired by the beautiful blossoming flowers, fbudi chooses colors as bright as red, pink and peach combined with basic white, black and grey for her ready-to-wear collection
The details themselves were inspired by Indonesia's traditional creation of jasmines
Interesting, isn't it? You should spare a minute to check the lovely and romantic collection on the website
It's a long weekend by the way, so i'm wishing everyone of you will have the loveliest long weekend, as lovely as this jewel from threads :)
Until the next malfunction box ! ! !
